Brunson Scores Career-High 50 Points in Rd 2 Pk 33 DAL Win
In a thrilling game filled with high-scoring performances, the New York Knicks defeated the Dallas Mavericks 119-115 in Game 2 of their NBA playoff series on Wednesday night. Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks, scoring a career-high 50 points on 16-of-24 shooting. He also hit all nine of his 3-point attempts.
Julius Randle added 23 points and 13 rebounds for the Knicks, while RJ Barrett chipped in 20 points. For the Mavericks, Luka Dončić scored a game-high 31 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome Brunson's historic night.
The Knicks now lead the series 2-0 heading into Game 3 in Dallas on Friday night.
